Our main goals are to identify the cellular pathways that underlie human diseases and to decipher the remarkable robustness of cellular systems. To accomplish these goals we develop novel computational frameworks for deciphering large-scale biological measurements, and apply them to model systems to uncover their cellular circuitry and to diseases such as Parkinson, melanoma, viral infections and more.\nAs part of our activity, we develop web-based applications, capable of processing and integrating large amounts of biological data.
